Bundy Baking Solutions-owned American Pan has named Mark Picconi as vice-president of American Pan’s UK operation.
Picconi (pictured above) has over 28 years’ experience in the baking industry, including roles with Hovis and, most recently, as assistant general manager for Warburtons.
Bundy Baking Solutions owner William Bundy said Picconi’s experience would prove instrumental to achieving its mission to providing responsive and comprehensive pan and coating services available in the market.
Picconi will oversee and coordinate all operations at the recently acquired Nottingham, Sheffield and Irlam, Manchester facilities as well as the existing operation in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.
American Pan is part of the Bundy Baking Solutions group of companies, which is headquartered in Urbana, Ohio. Bundy Baking Solutions includes American Pan industrial baking pans and coatings, mixers and processing equipment.
